The Peculiar God’s Glory Ministry International Church, in continuation of its monthly empowerment and charity programme, has distributed food items and other palliatives to over 1000 residents of the Federal Capital Territory.
The presiding minister of The Peculiar God’s Glory Ministry International Church, Prophet James Kunle Hephzibah also known as BABA PECULIAR, made the donation at the church auditorium over the weekend, saying that the programme was initiated because of his desire to bring succour and relief to the needy and less privilege in the society.
The charity programme which has been running concurrently for over five years started in Lagos with the Man of God and Philanthropist, Prophet Hephzibah giving shelter and financial assistance to ameliorate the sufferings of the poor masses.
According to him, there is an offering of sin, and sacrificial giving is necessary if one must receive from God.
“Giving is a spirit. It is good to give – for God loves a cheerful giver. Giving has been part of my ministry, The Peculiar God’s Glory Int’l. I started this charity some years back in Lagos and the gestures have been extended to some other states, including the FCT. I recognise the current economic realities and its attendant consequences on the masses, especially the less privileged. I reckon that there are so poor in the society who can’t even afford three square meal in a day. So, this charity is my own way of helping the needy in our society; especially at a time like this.” The Man of God, Prophet J.K Hephziba, alias BABA PECULIAR, said.
On their part, some of the beneficiaries, who appreciated the gesture, thanked the prophet, saying that he has touched their lives positively at a time of need.
