Actress Tonto Dikeh has again undergone liposuction surgery for the third time. Tonto made this revelation while sharing the video of her arrival at the hospital on her Instagram page. Tonto Dikeh who had her first liposuction surgery in 2017, had in 2021, in a post on social media, disclosed that she has done two surgeries, and was waiting to get her third surgery.
